What is guaranteed rent?
Guaranteed rent is a legally binding company let agreement between the landlord and the tenant, in this case, us inovo property. We agree to pay the agreed rent for your property for a term typically between 3 & 5 years.
For the entire agreement length, you as a landlord won't need to worry about void periods, tenant issues or minor maintenance costs.
On top of that, we offer to invest between £2,000 - £5,000 in soft furnishings to bring your property up to our high standards for serviced accommodation. This includes but is not limited to; soft furnishings, painting, kitchen appliances and all other household amenities you'd find in a home.

How does it work?
We (Inovo Property LTD) become your tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income. You will continue to receive the agreed rent regardless of whether the property is tenanted or empty
